This Retreat is a wonderful opportunity for rest, renewal and learning. Hosted by Reiki Master Marcia C.C.De Menezes the retreat offers a flexible combination of Reiki practice and meditations, energy work, and Spiritual life coaching to address more personal questions.

During Reiki 1 training, you learn how to feel energy and many practical exercises are used throughout the course.

You are also taught the general principles of Reiki and become familiar with its history and roots.  On a practical level, you will also be taught how to give a treatment, firstly to yourself and secondly to other people.  This part of the course assists the integration of the energy and gives you the tools to become a Reiki Practitioner .The attunements will affect each person very differently, depending upon your vibratory level at the time you receive them.  The energy moves into the body in a clockwise spiraling movement and begins to move us into the next level of our evolution

Marcia is an experienced facilitator and coach, who share a passionate belief in people's capacity to grow, develop and empower themselves, and like to bring a blend of practicality, humor and open-heart in her  work. Drawing on a wide range of resources, exercises, meditations and activities, she is able to build the focus of each day to the energy and interests of the group, every Healing Arts retreat is a unique experience for each individual.

 This is your retreat and we designed it to offer you a space of self-healing.

Day 1

18:00 - General greeting and explanation of the workshop 19:00 – Meditation to invite the wisdom of Spiritual guides to assist and support our growth.  The light  will maintain throughout the workshop to hold the energy of our collective consciousness and connection to our Spiritual guides, allowing us to adjust and integrate with it.

20:00 - Dinner ‘’ followed by conversation and discussions into the evening’’

Day 2

09:00 - 10.00 – Breakfast.

10:00 -13:00 - What is Reike, How does it work? Why Honor and Practice.

                      - Clearing and Centering

                      - Reike Attunements.

13:00 – Lunch. 14:30 – 18:00 - Back Meditation Space                         - Attunements.

                        - Grounding

18:30 –19:30     - Brake. 19:30 Dinner ‘’ followed by conversation and discussions into the evening’’

Day 3

09:00 - 10:00 – Breakfast. 10:00 - 13.00 -Channel Mediation we will evoke and connect with our    spiritual to guide in the other plane.

            -Channeling your own shamanic symbol.              - Reike Attunement. 13:00 - Lunch

14:30 – 16:00– Hands on healing.

On completion of the course, you will receive an illustrated Reiki Manual, the First Degree Reiki Certificate as well as on-going support and advice for the rest of your life

Cost covers; transport from airport, accommodations with bath for 2nigths and 3 days all meals, manual, certificate and the program.
